Copper and Copper Alloys

 Among various metallic materials, Copper Alloys are widely used in such industries as electronic, electric, electric engineering, machinery, ornaments, etc.

Copper Alloys: high conductivity copper alloys, Cu-Cr, Cu-Cr-Zr, Cu-Be, Cu-Cd, Cu-Mg by continuous casting process. Casted log, extruded bar, wire rod(8mm dia.) can be supplied.
 

·      Oxygen Free Copper

OFCu and equivalent with copper content 99.96% min.; good electrical and heat conductivity. Good workability in deep drawing and welding and resistant to corrosion. This is a popularly applied material in electrical and chemical industries.

·      Nickel Silver

A Cu-Zn-Ni(8.5%-19.5%) alloy with very bright silvery surface, good ductility, corrosion resistance and anti-fatigue property. Widely used in ornaments, tableware, medical instrument, crystal oscillator, relay and meters.

·      Free Cutting Nickel Silver

A Ni18-Zn20-Cu alloy with addition of lead 0.8~1.8% which makes the alloy very easy to be cut and formed. Suitable for use in various kinds of electrical components.

·      Phosphor Bronze

This is a copper tin alloy with Sn content 3.0~9.0% with good conductivity, elasticity and wear resistance. Good for use in spring and conducting parts for electrical switch and terminal.

·      Free Cutting Phosphor Bronze

This is Phosphor Bronze with addition of lead 0.8~4%. The free cutting property, wear resistance and high conductivity make this material good for use in electrical parts, gear and screw.

·      Cupro Nickel

A general name for alloys Cu90-Ni10, Cu80-Ni20 and Cu70-Ni30. It has good resistance to sea water at high temperature. Application includes desalination facilities, chilling tube and plate, water heater, etc.

·      Copper Alloy with Silver

This is a precipitation hardening copper alloy with Ag content 0.08~0.75%. It has high strength and high conductivity, suitable for use in rectifier for motor, connecting wire and plate for electronic and electrical parts.

·      Copper Alloy with Tin

A copper alloy with Sn 0.1% having good mechanical property and electrical conductivity at high temperature. Good for use as connecting plates and terminals for electrical and electronic parts.

·      Copper Alloy with Iron

An economical copper alloy with Fe 2.3% having good mechanical strength and electrical conductivity at high temperature. Suitable for use in electrical parts, switches and terminals.
