We are keeping beryllium copper strip & rod in ready stock in most of the sizes. We can also arrange deliveries in shortest time against specific requirements. We also have CuBe master Alloys & Nickel Beryllium Master Alloys Ingots in ready stock. We can supply plates, rods, wires, tubes in any size & specifications.

We also sell imported Phosphor Bronze Strips in grade I ,II & III.

Beryllium Copper Strip

These are available in Alloy 25,165,190,290,3,10 & 174 in different Hardness like A-Solution annealed,1/4H(quarter Hard),1/2H(Half Hard),3/4H(Three Quarter Hard) & Full Hard.

The combination of qualities achieved in Beryllium Copper alloys made them unique in cases where high thermal and electrical conductivity and non-sparkability are required.

Beryllium Copper alloy (C17200) is the major alloy in its group. In annealed and aged condition it has its maximum strength.

Characteristics
& Applications

§      Superior thermal conductivity and hardness at high temperatures.   Improves heat transfer and reduces cycle time.
Improves moulding shrinkage and distortion.
Reduces requirements for mould repair and maintenance.
Easily machined and welded.

Non Sparking Tools
We offer Non-Sparking Tools for application in explosive potential environments. All its tools are forged after casting to achieve the best quality tools in the market, both in mechanical properties and attractive finishing.

We offer two kinds of material for its non sparking tools, copper beryllium alloy(Cu-Be) and Aluminium Bronze (Al-Br) alloy:
